Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

We take about 2-7 business days to ship apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. This is because we create our products based on orders. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. East coast clients sometimes receive their packages within 7 business days (not the norm but does happen from time to time).

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Arizona time (not open on weekends).

RETURNS:

We only accept returns for misprinted/damaged/defective and wrong products.

BEFORE RETURNING PLEASE CONTACT US via infobmvc@shopbmvc.com TO REPORT AN ERROR. IF NEEDED YOU WILL BE GIVEN A RETURN NUMBER. Returned Items without a return number will be delayed.   

WRONG ITEM:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/and wrong items must be submitted via infobmvc@shopbmvc.com within 25 days after the product is received. The item must have its original tags attached, unworn and in new condition.

But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. If we determine we are at fault.

The email should include the following:

1. Picture of the wrong item
2. Picture or copy of your order invoice
3. Brief explanation of issue or what you need

Including the above will allow us to make the correction faster.

If you mail an item back to us you will be responsible for the return postage. Please contact us to determine if you are eligible for free return postage.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. If we determine we are at fault.

ALL ORDERS WITH TAGS REMOVED WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURN TO CUSTOMER SHIPPING WILL BE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
